CINNAMON CHIA BREAKFAST BOWL
Ingredients:
2tbsp chia seeds
1tsp raw honey
80ml almond or coconut milk
½tsp cinnamon (organic)
1tbsp chopped nuts
2tbsp berries (raspberries, blueberries or strawberries)
Method:
Put chia seeds with honey, milk and cinnamon in bowl.
Sir gently and leave in fridge overnight.
Top with chopped nuts and raspberries in the morning.
